For students whose families can't afford a cross-country trip, this site, billed as "the world's biggest virtual college fair", is a great alternative! Students log on to the site and see a virtual trade show with booths for over 200 colleges. The site features seminars on numerous topics including writing college essays, interviews with experts on student aid, and admissions strategies.
